1. Products and Shipping
1.1. PURCHASE POLICY
All products available in our store are shipped directly by us or by our partners to the address provided at the time of purchase. The average delivery time is 3 to 45 business days, depending on the region and the payment confirmation date.
Orders made via transfer or cash payment (such as PSE, OXXO, Rapipago, etc.) may take between 1 and 3 business days to be confirmed in our system.
We always provide a tracking number so you can check the progress of your order's shipment.
⚠️ In some cases, this timeframe may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical delays, holidays, strikes, high demand, or exceptional situations.
We guarantee the delivery of the order: if a package is lost or misplaced during the logistics process, we will refund the total amount paid. All our shipments include insurance against loss and free online tracking.
1.2. INSURED SHIPMENTS
Keep in mind that you may receive more than one package, as some products may be shipped separately to optimize delivery (maximum of 4 units per package). If you receive one item before another, don't worry, it's completely normal.
1.3. ORDER TRACKING
Products will be shipped through postal services or logistics platforms such as Correos, Servientrega, Chilexpress, Loggi, or other operators.
Once the order is dispatched, we will email you the corresponding tracking number. This code will allow you to track the package directly on the logistics operator's website.
📦 The tracking number is generated between 3 and 9 business days after payment confirmation.
📍 The code may take between 1 and 5 days to start showing updates on the carrier's platform.
2. General Conditions
2.1. ATTENTION WHEN ENTERING YOUR ADDRESS
The shipment will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the information is correct and complete to avoid inconveniences.
2.2. ABSENT RECIPIENT
Make sure someone is available to receive the order at the registered address.
Courier services generally make up to 3 delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive it, the package will be taken to the nearest branch. In that case, the customer must pick up the package in person within 7 calendar days. If the pickup is not made within that time, the package will be returned to the sender, and the customer will have to pay for a new shipment.
All these details will be visible in the order tracking.
2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Our store is not responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer.
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned, the customer must bear the cost of a new shipment, which will include the transportation cost and any additional charges.
The reshipment will only be made once the package is returned to the sender.
2.4. PRODUCTS WITH TAXES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES
In case the package is held or taxed by local taxes, we assume that responsibility. The customer only pays the amount shown on the website at the time of purchase, with no additional charges.
