EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We have a return policy of 7 days, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or purchase number.

To initiate a return, you can contact us by email. If the request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with the shipping instructions and the corresponding address.

We will not accept returns that have not been previously authorized.
